Admission Steps:

  1. Book a Tour

  2. Join Our Waiting List. This places your child on our official list for upcoming openings.

  3. Wait for a spot to open

  4. Once you get an acceptance email fill out all necessary paperwork

  5. Pay the non-refundable enrollment fee of $250 and preschool deposit fo $528

Tuition 

We offer different schedule options M-F between 8 AM and 5:30 PM. 

Calendar

Yachaywasi is a year-round program. Tuition includes holidays and five weeks of vacation per year.

2026 Enrollment Timeline

  • March 1st: Open Enrollment begins for Summer and Fall 2026.

  • March 1st–15th: Priority Period for re-enrolling families.

  • March 30th: Applications for the first round of placements close.

  • April 6th–15th: Acceptance emails are sent to families on our waitlist.

  • The 48-Hour Rule: To keep our process fair, families have 48 hours to accept their spot before it is offered to the next child on the waitlist.
